消息面上，康宁杰瑞近日宣布，KN026联合石药自主研发的白蛋白结合型多西他赛(HB1801)，用于新辅助治疗HER2阳性乳腺癌的III期临床研究达到主要终点，标志着中国自主研发的HER2双特异性抗体在头对头III期研究中首次证实疗效超越"曲妥珠单抗+帕妥珠单抗"双单抗联合方案。
东吴证券此前指出，康宁杰瑞目前进展最快的两款产品KN026源于JSKN003均已与石药集团达成国内合作。其中KN026在25年9月已经提交国内上市申请并获优先审评资格，用于2L HER2阳性胃癌患者，我们预计该适应症有望在2026年上市，如能在6月30日前获批则将有机会参与本年度医保目录谈判，加快KN026放量速度。
