新浪科技讯 4月13日中午消息，上海曦智科技股份有限公司通过港交所上市聆讯，并披露聆讯后资料集，拟于港交所主板上市。

　　此前，公司已于3月30日递交上市申请，中金公司、国泰海通担任联席保荐人。

　　招股书显示，曦智科技成立于2017年，专注于光电混合计算芯片研发。截至目前，公司已引入包括沂景资本、百度、腾讯、中国移动、上海国投、红杉资本、中金资本等在内的多家机构投资者。其中，沂景资本在多轮融资中持续参与，并于2025年C轮继续追加投资。

　　公开信息显示，曦智科技专注于光电混合算力的大规模部署，提供Scale-up光互连解决方案，是国内较早实现光电融合计算路径商业化落地的技术公司之一。
