智通财经APP获悉，为国防应用提供卫星支持信号处理平台的HawkEye 360公司(HAWK.US)上周五向美国证券交易委员会(SEC)提交申请，拟通过首次公开募股(IPO)募资不超过1亿美元。
HawkEye 360是一家防务技术公司，面向政府及盟友客户提供天基射频信号情报与分析服务。该公司设计并运营着一套小型卫星星座，用于采集射频数据，随后通过专有信号处理及人工智能分析软件对这些数据进行处理，以探测、定位、分类并跟踪雷达、干扰器、舰船及通信网络等辐射源。
其产品涵盖数据订阅、分析服务、定制化信号情报软硬件解决方案以及针对特定任务的支持服务，广泛应用于国防、情报、海上安全及频谱监测等领域。
这家总部位于弗吉尼亚州赫恩登的公司成立于2015年，截至2025年12月31日的12个月内实现营收1.18亿美元。公司计划在纽约证券交易所上市，股票代码为“HAWK”。HawkEye 360已于2025年12月23日以保密方式递交上市申请。
高盛、摩根士丹利、加拿大皇家银行资本市场、杰富瑞、美银证券、贝尔德、雷蒙德·詹姆斯及威廉·布莱尔担任本次发行的联席账簿管理人。
