ChainCatcher 消息，据 DigitalAsset 报道，韩国审计监查院发布的《老年福利制度运营及管理实态监查报告》要求保健福祉部长官修改相关法令，将数字资产纳入基础养老金审查的财产计算范围。监查院指出，数字资产具有明确的经济价值，但现行基础养老金法规定的财产范围未包含数字资产，导致持有大量数字资产的人可能仍被纳入基础养老金领取对象。
监查院认为，数字资产应视为经济价值明确的财产，即使其形式不同于传统金融资产，财产价值本身并无区别。保健福祉部对此表示认同，认为有必要防止非收入下层 70% 的相对高收入者领取基础养老金，并同意数字资产应纳入财产计算范围。
