智通财经APP获悉，周四，美国超微公司(AMD.US)涨近7%，报275.91美元，股价创历史新高。据悉，有分析认为，AMD将成为CPU需求爆发的最大受益者，其采用小芯片架构的EPYC“Turin”处理器产能供不应求。“过去6至9个月，需求增幅前所未有。”AMD数据中心业务负责人福里斯特·诺罗德称，短期内需求没有任何放缓或停止的迹象。投行KeyBanc分析师则表示，AMD EPYC服务器CPU今年全年产能近乎售罄，高端EPYC处理器交期已拉长至8-10周。
知名半导体分析机构SemiAnalysis首席分析师Dylan Patel在4月8日的一次深度访谈中直言，AI工作负载的范式正从简单的文本生成向复杂的智能体和强化学习演进，CPU正面临"极其严重的产能短缺"。
市场研究机构TrendForce的最新报告提到，当前AI数据中心的CPU与GPU配比约为1:4至1:8，而在智能体AI时代，这一比例预计将大幅收窄至1:1至1:2。
