知情人士透露，该公司已委托全球独立的私募资本顾问公司Campbell Lutyens出售价值约 10 亿美元的相关持股。他们要求不具名，因为此消息属于保密范畴。他们还表示，出售流程已于 3 月启动。
知情人士称，该投资组合的大部分由Vista Equity Partners在2010年代末期管理的两只专注于软件领域的基金构成，这些基金主要投资于北美地区。他们还补充说，组合中还包括另一只由KKR & Co. 管理、同样以北美为重点的基金。
