△美国能源部长克里斯·赖特

　　美国能源部长克里斯·赖特13日说，预计油价在今后一段时间仍将维持高位，甚至可能进一步攀升。此前，赖特为安抚市场情绪，对外一直宣称油价可能很快回落。

　　赖特当天在美国首都华盛顿举行的一场经济论坛上表示，只有霍尔木兹海峡航运出现“实质性”恢复迹象，油价才可能回落，而这一变化可能在“数周后”发生。

　　美国总统特朗普12日表示，高油价可能持续至美国11月中期选举期间。美国方面认为，这是特朗普“罕见承认”军事打击伊朗可能对美国内政治产生影响。

　　赖特13日还提及委内瑞拉石油生产情况，称自1月3日以来已有1.5亿桶委内瑞拉石油售出。

　　2026年1月3日凌晨，美军突袭委内瑞拉，强行控制委内瑞拉总统马杜罗及其夫人并把他们带到美国。特朗普随后称，美国将“管理”委内瑞拉直至实施“安全”过渡，美大型石油企业将大举进入委内瑞拉投资。

　　受中东局势影响，国际油价大幅飙升。国际货币基金组织、世界银行和国际能源署13日呼吁各国不要囤积能源或管控出口，以避免进一步冲击当前紧张的能源供应。
