　　4月13日，远大医药发布公告称，公司钇[90Y]微球注射液在美国开展的用于治疗不可切除肝细胞癌（HCC）临床研究（DOORwaY90研究）已成功达到预设临床终点，取得了极为亮眼的临床数据。优异的临床数据不仅标志着SIR-Spheres个体化剂量学治疗模式超越了传统治疗方案，更进一步拓宽了不可切除HCC患者肝脏定向治疗的应用空间，同时也充分体现了产品强大的疗效与市场潜力，有望进一步促进远大医药钇[90Y]微球注射液在全球市场自主销售的持续高速放量。

　　值得一提的是，此前美国FDA已基于DOORwaY90临床试验的突破性中期数据，正式批准钇[90Y]微球注射液用于不可切除肝细胞癌适应症，使其成为全球首个且唯一获FDA批准用于不可切除HCC和结直肠癌肝转移双重适应症的选择性内放射治疗产品，相关临床数据也将为中国适应症拓展提供有力支援。
