消息面上，深圳中院公开审理恒大系列案，许家印一审庭审认罪悔罪。据悉，中国恒大及CEG Holdings的清盘人仍在就出售其所持恒大物业股份与相关投标人磋商。今年2月，恒大物业清盘人表示收到新要约方案，正评估潜在买家。
值得注意的是，2025年9月，恒大物业出售传闻再起，市场一度传言中海集团及华润集团子公司参与竞购。今年3月27日，华润万象生活发布公告，明确将55.6亿元闲置资金存入银行，并称优质商管或物业管理标的较为稀缺，意味着公司不会参与收购恒大物业。
