Orix (TYO:8591) has agreed to sell its entire stake in IX NTI Holdings, the parent of US telecom infrastructure company Network Connex, to a special purpose vehicle affiliated with Olympus Partners, according to a Tuesday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.

The transaction will transfer 100% ownership from Orix Capital Partners to NTI, subject to regulatory approvals, including clearance under US antitrust rules.

Orix said the timing and financial impact remain uncertain, noting that any gain from the sale will depend on completion conditions and currency fluctuations.
