智通财经APP讯，东软睿新集团(09616)发布公告，如质押股份公告所披露，本公司控股股东(上市规则)大连东软控股有限公司(东软控股)全资附属公司东控第一及东控第二作为出质人，将其各自持有的本公司127,465,000股及120,000,000股股份(合计占本公司于2025年3月6日已发行股份总数约38.30%)质押给贷款方(质押股份)，作为3.255亿元贷款融资的补充抵押物。
于本公告日期，本公司已获东软控股通知，质押股份已于2026年4月10日已经全部解除并撤销。
截至本公告日期，计及上述解除股份，东控第一与东控第二合计持有本公司已发行股份总数约39.29%的股份。
