美联储周一表示将每月购买约250亿美元的国库券，缩减幅度超出预期。美联储购买国库券的目的在于通过充实金融体系准备金，来缓解短期融资成本。

　　根据纽约联储官网，其公开市场操作部门计划在截至5月13日的一个月期间进行准备金管理相关购买操作，同时还计划在同一时期内开展约155亿美元的再投资购买。

　　华尔街策略师此前预计，美联储在退出去年年底启动的国库券购买计划时将更为缓慢谨慎。

　　“考虑到美联储曾表示会逐步缩减购买国库券的规模，这一节奏无疑快于市场预期，”道明证券美国利率策略主管Gennadiy Goldberg表示。“他们对市场已经度过最艰难的时期应该是充满信心。”

　　美联储2025年底突然停止缩表，转而通过购买一年内到期的短期国债，以充实金融体系准备金。

　　去年12月，美联储开始每月购买约400亿美元的国库券，以缓解短期利率不断上升的压力。当时，美联储主席鲍威尔表示，美联储在“前置”购债，以确保在4月报税季期间金融体系中有充足的准备金。

　　负责管理美联储证券投资组合的纽约联储官员Roberto Perli上个月与同事在博客发文称，每月国库券购买规模可能会“显著下降”。他们表示，4月中旬至5月中旬期间，减少的幅度可能会“相对温和”，以应对不确定性及其他因素。
