金吾财讯 | 存储概念股集体走强，澜起科技(06809)涨7.91%，兆易创新(03986)涨4.22%。开源证券表示，三星DRAM合约价续涨，存储供货转向长期供应协议。三星电子在2026年一季度将DRAM合约价上涨了100%之后，2026年二季度的DRAM合约价将再度环比上涨30%。三星电子已确认于2026年3月底与主要客户完成价格谈判，并签署了供应合同。此外，三星电子与SK海力士，已正式决定摒弃沿用多年的年度乃至季度短期供货合约模式，转而要求全球核心科技客户签署期限为3至5年的长期供应协议，以此重塑存储行业的合作格局。万联证券表示，在算力基础设施和AI云需求拉动下，AI服务器对DRAM和HBM需求强劲增长，原厂DRAM供应处于趋紧状态，存储原厂定价权稳固，更主动地推动合约价上调并加快价格传导节奏，二季度原厂DDR5价格整体上涨约30%。
