ChainCatcher 消息，Solana 联合创始人 toly 针对 Circle USDC 冻结机制争议评论道，我们需要一个仅在法院命令下才会冻结的基础层稳定币。如果除了美国参议院批准的法官授权之外，还有其他因素可以冻结它，那它就不是真正的美元稳定币。
toly 建议各协议（如 Drift、Kamino）应在基础层稳定币之上发行带有自身冻结与解封策略的包装稳定币，并配备真正负责处理黑客事件的安保团队，同时拥有独立的冻结与解冻策略。
据悉，近期 Drift 协议被黑后 Circle 未及时冻结被盗 USDC，Circle CEO Jeremy Allaire 关于“道德困境”和冻结政策的表态，引发社区对中心化稳定币冻结机制的广泛讨论。
