消息面上，海致科技此前发布的2025年年报显示，该公司全年实现收入6.21亿元，同比增长23.4%；经调整净利润2415万元，同比增长42.6%。期内，核心增长引擎Atlas智能体收入1.46亿元，同比激增68.4%，成为公司增长最快的业务板块。质量指标上，公司智能体客单价达360万元，高于图谱解决方案的280万元；智能体毛利率提升至53.2%，拉动公司整体毛利率跃升7.1个百分点至43.3%。
值得一提的是，公司已从金融、公共安全等优势行业，向电信运营商、交通基建、无人空间等新领域拓展并实现订单落地。为粤港澳大湾区某无人空间体系管理中心构建统一的无人设备图本体模型；为某海外非银金融机构落地包含大模型一体机在内的智能体应用平台。公司明确提出，将把成熟经验快速复制到高端制造、医疗健康、智能矿业等新兴高价值领域，并依托香港上市平台逐步探索东南亚及海外市场。
