欧洲央行执行理事会成员施纳贝尔表示，欧洲央行没有必要急于决定加息。

　　施纳贝尔在华盛顿出席国际货币基金组织春季会议期间表示，欧洲央行目前处于“相对有利的位置”，当前政策立场既没有刺激需求，也没有限制需求。

　　“这意味着我们有时间分析这次冲击的性质，”她表示，“我们没有必要仓促行事。”

　　欧洲央行管理委员会的下一次政策决议将在两周后作出，官员们正在评估中东冲突的影响。尽管油气价格飙升已推升通胀，削弱经济信心，但决策者并不认为影响已严重到需要采取行动。

　　施纳贝尔认为，当前冲击“尤为棘手”，因为通胀高于目标水平的记忆仍然鲜明。“这可能意味着通胀预期更加脆弱，”她补充道。

　　“另一方面，我们也知道，传导效应在很大程度上取决于总需求的强弱，”她表示，“我们必须非常谨慎地权衡政策决策，并观察哪种力量最终占据主导。”
