智通财经APP讯，远见控股(00862)发布公告，董事会建议进行股份合并，将公司股本中每10股每股面值0.01港元的现有股份合并为1股每股面值0.1港元的合并股份。于本公告日期，公司的法定股本为2亿港元，分为200亿股每股面值0.01港元的现有股份，其中39.24亿股现有股份已获配发及发行，并已缴足或入账列作缴足。股份合并须待(其中包括)股东于股东特别大会上以普通决议案批准后，方可作实。
于本公告日期，现有股份于联交所买卖的每手买卖单位为5000股现有股份。建议待股份合并生效后并以其为条件，于联交所买卖的每手买卖单位由5000股现有股份更改为10000股合并股份。
