Allegion Authorizes $500M Share Buyback Program

Allegion authorized a share repurchase program of up to $500 million.

The security solutions company disclosed the authorization in a Wednesday filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The company previously authorized a buyback of up to $500 million in 2023.

Last year, Allegion repurchased $80 million of its stock, according to its latest earnings report.
