消息面上，4月8日，老铺黄金在招聘平台发布北京、上海、杭州等地驻店客服经理岗位，该岗位要求候选人具备6年以上航空公司空乘工作经验，其中3年以上乘务长岗位经验。开源证券表示，此前，老铺黄金对门店销售岗位的招聘亦已体现出较高门槛，2025年7月相关岗位招聘需经历多轮面试，除学历、过往经历外，也较为看重个人形象气质与亲和力。整体看，老铺黄金正持续提升门店端服务团队配置，不断建设完善品牌高客服务能力。
高盛此前指出，老铺黄金2025年下半年收入按年增长200%至149.49亿元，略低于该行预期，但被毛利率优于预期及销售及行政开支低于预期所抵销。公司公布今年首季初步业绩，表现远超市场预期。其中，收入预计达165亿至175亿元，较2025年上半年收入高出34%至42%，该行估计按年增长超过一倍，净利润率亦较预期高。该行相信，这主要受惠于提前备货及营运杠杆。
