快科技4月16日消息,昨晚,沃尔沃汽车集团全球高级副总裁袁小林在品牌99周年庆典上提出一个看似反常理的观点。
他认为,汽车安全气囊并非数量越多越好,过度堆砌气囊数量反而可能破坏整车安全系统的协调性。
“气囊数量经常被作为安全卖点,你有10个,我就有12个。事实上气囊保护效果取决于对触发逻辑、碰撞角度、弹出速度等的综合把握,过多堆砌数量反而可能破坏系统的协调性。”袁小林如实说道。
他强调汽车安全是一个全域协同体系,而非单一参数的竞赛:
安全的核心在于车身结构、主被动安全系统、碰撞逻辑调校的全维度协同配合,盲目追求气囊数量会陷入“浮躁营销与参数内卷”,偏离守护出行安全的本质。
更为重要的是,安全体系若被简化成某几项技术或异化成参数竞赛,可能误导消费者做出错误选择,代价不仅是经济损失,更可能危及生命安全。
作为三点式汽车安全带的发明者,沃尔沃从创办到目前,一直秉持安全为先的造车理念,此次有关安全气囊的观点确实有相当专业的见解,值得业内思考。
