IT之家 4 月 14 日消息，据东方财经报道，4 月 12 日，有网友发帖吐槽网易云音乐的 AI 广告吓人，“爱奇艺暂停时，跳出来的网易云广告脖子扭到后背去了，网易云投广告能不能严谨点。”
对此，“网易云音乐小客服”在评论区回复：“抱歉影响到您的体验，关于您的反馈小客服会如实转达反馈，感谢您的理解和支持。”
IT之家注意到，网易云音乐近年来拥抱 AI，还在今年 3 月宣布全面接入 OpenClaw，成为业内首个向 AI Agent 开放核心音乐服务能力的平台。
网易云音乐官方表示，过去听歌主要依赖算法“投喂”、手动搜索、创建歌单等方式。现在，用户能通过 IM 窗口对话的方式，远程灵活调用这些核心音乐服务能力，并将这些“音乐组件”嵌入到任何数字空间中，音乐可以不限终端、无处不在地陪伴用户生活。
