金吾财讯 | 日月光半导体(ASX)盘前股价强势上扬，截至发稿，报26.25美元，上涨5.68%。消息面上，该公司上周五披露业绩数据显示，3月份合并净收入达新台币615.8亿元(约合19.5亿美元)，环比增长18.2%，同比增长14.6%；第一季度净收入为新台币1736.6亿元(约合55.1亿美元)。其中，核心ATM组装、测试及材料业务表现尤为强劲。2026年3月，ATM业务净收入达398.2亿新台币(约合12.6亿美元)，环比增长13.9%，同比增长27.6%；第一季度ATM业务收入达1124.3亿新台币(约合35.7亿美元)，环比增长2.5%，同比增长29.7%。此外，该公司近日还在高雄仁武工业园举行了新厂奠基仪式。该厂总投资超过新台币1083亿元，专注于高端半导体测试服务，涵盖人工智能、高性能计算、5G通信、汽车电子等领域。一期工程计划于2027年4月投产，二期工程计划于同年10月投产，年产值预计达到新台币1773亿元。日月光首席运营官吴天宇表示，2026年将是公司新厂建设规模最大的一年，预计全球将有六座新厂开工建设，创下新纪录。
