近日，美国纳斯达克证券交易所在官网发布公告称，存储芯片企业闪迪，将取代一家软件企业，被纳入纳斯达克100指数。

根据公告，闪迪公司将在4月20日开盘前，正式成为纳斯达克100指数的成分股。纳斯达克100指数由在纳斯达克证券交易所上市的、规模前100家的非金融类企业构成。有市场观点认为，此次成分股调整，标志着闪迪在全球数据存储与半导体领域的核心地位获得资本市场认可，同时也凸显出市场焦点从软件服务领域向AI硬件基础设施领域的战略转向。
今年以来，闪迪股价已累计上涨近260%，过去一年涨幅则超2600%。闪迪公司创立于1988年，是全球主要闪存数据存储产品供应商，后被美国西部数据公司收购，直至去年2月剥离出来，以独立身份重新登陆纳斯达克。在AI基础设施投资热潮的推动下，各个领域对快速、高效的存储芯片需求不断增长。闪迪2026财年第二季度财报显示，截至2025年12月31日，公司营收同比增长61%，美国通用会计准则下净利润同比增长672%。该公司第三财季业绩将于4月30日公布。
