XWIN Research 指出，美国证券交易委员会发布的员工声明解释了 DeFi 前端和钱包界面在满足不托管、中立收费结构等条件下无需注册为经纪交易商，这推动了以太坊的走强。链上数据显示活跃地址呈上升趋势，Coinbase 溢价缺口也在改善，表明美国机构需求正在恢复。
企业级积累加速，Bitmine 在过去 30 天内增持了 27.9 万枚 ETH，目前持有 487 万枚 ETH，占流通供应量的 4%以上。期货市场方面，全球 ETH 未平仓合约达 163.7 亿美元，资金费率仍为负值，显示空头占据主导，但币安上的未平仓合约增长 10.47% 至 60.4 亿美元，资金费率转为正值，形成全球空头与币安多头的极端失衡。
