Count (ASX:CUP) said Commonwealth Bank of Australia and its related entities have reduced their stake in the company on April 9 to 19.97% or 40.9 million shares from 25.75% or 43.5 million shares, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.
The company's shares were up 2% in recent Monday trade.
