Hungarian Election a Boost for European Equities -- Market Talk

1002 GMT - The pivotal election win for Peter Magyar's pro-EU Tisza party will boost European equities, Morgan Stanley analysts write in a note. They expect that Hungary will now be more co-operative with the bloc and pave the way for the release of around 90 billion euros in loans to Ukraine the country currently vetoes. The loan would support investor sentiment around European equities, particularly the continent's banks and defense stocks, the analysts say. (josephmichael.stonor@wsj.com)
