4月16日消息，谷歌宣布与美洲开发银行合作，在拉丁美洲推进三项AI相关举措，涵盖政策研究、公共部门培训及数字基础设施建设，旨在加速区域内AI应用与数字化转型。
在政策与研究层面，谷歌发布了一份面向西班牙语拉美国家的AI发展报告。报告指出，若实现负责任且系统性的AI应用，预计可为该地区GDP带来3.6%至6.7%的增幅，年经济影响最高可达2420亿美元。报告同时提出四大关键支柱：人才培养、基础设施建设、技术创新以及政策与监管体系完善。
其次，在人才与能力建设方面，双方联合推出面向政府官员的AI培训项目。该项目基于“ImplementaLAC”平台，由多方合作打造，提供多语言（西班牙语、葡萄牙语及英语）课程，重点提升公共部门在AI应用与治理方面的能力，以支持更高效的公共服务。
第三，在数字基础设施领域，谷歌通过其公益部门投入500万美元，支持全球非营利组织Co-Develop，推动数字公共基础设施（DPI）的建设与复用，包括数字身份与支付系统。其中，双方将推进名为IdLAC的跨国数字身份体系，覆盖拉美及加勒比地区12个国家，实现跨境身份认证与公共服务互通。
从应用案例来看，AI已在部分国家开始落地。例如在巴西，海关利用Gemini自动化行李筛查流程；在墨西哥，审计机构借助谷歌AI工具将审计周期从数月缩短至分钟级。（AI普瑞斯编译）
