智通财经APP讯，亚博科技控股(08279)公布，于2026年4月15日，mFinance(公司的间接全资附属公司)与蚂蚁银行(澳门)、迅蚁(澳门)控股及银蚁(澳门)投资订立增资协议，据此，mFinance有条件同意认购蚂蚁银行(澳门)300万股股份，占经增资扩大后蚂蚁银行(澳门)已发行股本约 32.6%，每股普通股100澳门币，总认购价3亿澳门币。
mFinance、迅蚁(澳门)控股及银蚁(澳门)投资在增资完成后于蚂蚁银行(澳门)持有的股权百分比将分别约为67.3%、16.4%及16.3%。
董事会相信，增资将使蚂蚁银行(澳门)符合澳门持牌银行的最低自有资金规定，从而加强其财务状况及支持其未来业务发展。董事会亦认为此举将增加公司在蚂蚁银行(澳门)的间接持股比例由约51.5%增加至约67.3%，以进一步加强其在澳门银行业的地位，并把握市场增长机遇。
