消息面上，花旗发布研报指出，哈尔滨电气预计在可预见的未来，中国每年平均新增核电机组审批数量将为10部。集团指，2025年核电设备投标价格略有上涨，预计今年价格将进一步小幅上涨。该行认为，哈尔滨电气估值吸引，但由于燃煤发电设备收入预期较低，将其明年净利润预测下调4%。
该行续指，哈尔滨电气在沙特阿拉伯的两个EPC专案地理位置远离冲突地区，未受影响，但出于安全考量，公司已要求部分员工撤离该地区，公司方面预计其营运不会受到重大影响。
