4月14日，天津市医药采购中心发布了《关于杭州赛晨生物科技有限公司失信拟评级结果预通知的公告》。
据公告，该企业由于在医药购销中，给予各级各类医疗机构、集中采购机构及其工作人员回扣或其他不正当利益，被中止其在天津市的配送资格1年。
杭州赛晨生物科技有限公司：
依据国家医保局价采中心《医药价格和招采信用的操作规范（2025版）》《医药价格和招采信用评级的裁量基准（2025版）》文件精神，以及天津市医保局《关于建立医药价格和招采信用评价制度的实施意见》（津医保局发〔2020〕103号）相关要求，我中心对贵公司价格失信行为开展了信用评级，现将拟评级结果予以通知，具体内容详见附件。
现通过公告方式告知贵公司拟评级结果，自发出公告之日起经过15日即视为送达，如有异议，请于收到本公告之日起20日内向我中心提交加盖企业公章的书面申辩意见及相关佐证材料。本次信用评级处置不因企业申辩延期。
