美国证券交易委员会批准了FINRA的一项规则变更，以取消PDT（典型日内交易者）认定以及此前限制散户日内交易的25000美元最低资产要求。

　　此前，任何投资者在五个交易日内执行四笔或以上日内交易，将被标记为“典型日内交易者”，并被迫维持25000美元的账户余额，否则将面临账户冻结。在官方监管通知发布45天后，该规则将被一个动态的“日内保证金”框架所取代，在该框架下，保证金要求将基于日内风险敞口，而非固定的账户门槛。

　　这一全面改革特别反映了现代日内交易活动的兴起，包括零日期权（0DTE）的兴起，而2001年制定最初的PDT规则时并未考虑到这些活动。根据新指引，经纪交易商必须实施相关系统，要么在交易超出保证金限额时实时阻止交易，要么在日终进行计算以评估风险。虽然此举降低了小额账户的门槛，但保留了严格的处罚措施：在五个工作日内屡次未能补足日内保证金缺口的账户，将面临90天内不得增加空头头寸或借方余额的限制。

　　Robinwood（HOOD）被视为这项新规则的受益者之一。
