在中国联通旗下省公司中，辽宁联通的发展相对亮眼，无论是在北方十省中，还是在集团内，营收规模都非常庞大，这之中少不了市场业务的支撑。然而，辽宁联通2025年市场业务收入竟然处于下滑状态，这是怎么回事？

数据显示，辽宁联通2025年市场业务收入增速为负增长，但早在2024年，辽宁联通市场业务收入增长就呈负增长。

其实，中国联通集团市场业务的平均增长水平就是负增长，只不过辽宁联通稍稍严重了一点。

当前，随着人口红利的消失，运营商传统业务的发展受到很大影响，业务收入增速全都变缓，出现负增长也是符合业务发展的一般规律。

不过，不可否认的是，辽宁联通2025年市场业务收入规模依旧很高，已超过120多亿元，远比不少小规模省公司的营收规模还要大，为省公司营收作出了巨大贡献。

据运营商财经网通信业务部主任刘慧敏介绍，目前，辽宁联通分管市场口的副总经理是计伟，市场部总经理是高晟，他们已经尽力了。但如今发展规模越大的省公司，市场业务越不好干，有很大的增长压力。
