4月17日金融一线消息，中信银行今日发布公告称，近日该行收到《国家金融监督管理总局关于中信银行变更注册资本的批复》（金复〔2026〕206号），国家金融监督管理总局同意该行注册资本变更为55645162264元人民币，应按照有关规定及时办理变更事宜。
中信银行指出，该行于2019年3月公开发行面值总额为人民币40，000，000，000元的A股可转换公司债券（以下简称可转债），存续期限6年，已于2025年3月3日到期。截至2025年3月3日，该行可转债累计转股股数为6710365691股，较2019年9月可转债开始转股前增加6710365691股。上述可转债转股导致该行股本变动，本行注册资本由人民币48934796573元增至人民币55645162264元。
