格隆汇4月17日丨成实外教育(01565.HK)公告，根据对集团截至2026年2月28日止六个月(“报告期间”)之未经审计综合管理账目的初步审阅及董事会目前所得资料之评估，集团预期录得公司拥有人应占利润较2025年同期减少不超过50%，而去年同期的收入持平。报告期间内利润减少主要由于(i)提高教师薪酬，以留住优秀人才，从而提供优质的教育服务；(ii)借款增长导致利息开支增加；及(iii)港元兑人民币贬值导致汇兑亏损增加。
