期内，毛利率保持稳定并略有回升。预期净亏损及公司拥有人应占亏损主要归因于，(1)单笔件数及商品平均售价下降，致营收下滑导致毛利额减少;(2)商店街收入下降。尽管净利润承压，但集团整体经营现金流和经调整EBITDA仍展现出韧性。
集团将坚定推进全渠道战略布局，强化本地化与消费体验，为顾客打造高品质购物服务。集团以商品为核心竞争力，持续扩大全国联采规模，深化核心供应商战略合作，加速自有品牌发展。同时，集团正积极筹备管理层激励方案，进一步激活组织动能。未来集团将以技术驱动运营提效，深化线上线下融合。
