自2026年4月17日起，白昆先生因彼之其他个人事业而辞任公司独立非执行董事、董事会审核委员会主席及薪酬委员会成员。
自2026年4月17日起：杨胤女士(执行董事)已获委任为授权代表。姬文婷女士获委任为公司独立非执行董事，以及董事会审核委员会主席及薪酬委员会成员。
