【大河财立方消息】拼多多发文称，4月17日，收到国家市场监督管理总局对拼多多等多家电商平台“幽灵外卖”系列案作出的行政处罚。对此，拼多多诚恳接受，坚决服从。公司将以此为戒，进一步规范业务流程，完善升级。坚守初心，积极履行社会责任。

　　4月17日，国家市场监督管理总局依法对7家电商平台“幽灵外卖”系列案作出行政处罚决定，责令7家电商平台改正违法行为，暂停新增蛋糕店铺3至9个月不等，并处以罚没款共计35.97亿元。同时，对7家平台企业法定代表人和食品安全总监合计处以罚款1968.74万元。
