智通财经APP讯，佛朗斯股份(02499)发布公告，于2026年4月17日，本公司与认购人订立认购协议，据此，认购人已有条件同意认购而本公司已有条件同意配发及发行合共1450万股H股，认购价为每股认购股份6.02港元。认购股份将根据一般授权配发及发行。
假设本公司的已发行股本于本公告日期至完成期间并无变动，认购股份相当于于本公告日期本公司已发行股本约4.17%;及经发行认购股份扩大后本公司已发行股本约4.00%。
认购价较股份于最后交易日在联交所所报收市价每股6.16港元折让约2.27%。
认购事项所得款项总额及所得款项净额将分别约为8730万港元及8680万港元。所得款项净额拟用于投入本集团的日常经营，支持技术创新与数字化运营，扩展线下服务网络，进行电动化等业务的布局。
