　　交易完成后， consortium（合作体）将由巴西国家石油公司担任作业者（持股75%）、奥兰托持股15%，而圣多美和普林西比国家石油局保留其10%的权益。

　　该交易是巴西国家石油公司加强其在非洲勘探活动、实现投资组合多元化战略的一部分，该公司正通过前沿勘探和合作伙伴关系寻求补充油气储量。

　　巴西国家石油公司于2024年恢复了在非洲大陆的活动，并已在圣多美和普林西比的多个区块中持有权益。

　　交易的完成需满足惯例条件，包括获得圣多美和普林西比政府和监管部门的批准。
