智通财经APP获悉，香港联交所最新资料显示，4月16日，灵宝黄金(03330)股东将股票由海通国际证券转入国泰君安(香港)，转仓市值12.42亿港元，占比3.99%。
灵宝黄金发布公告，于2026年4月14日(交易时段前)，卖方、本公司及配售代理订立配售及认购协议，卖方同意委任配售代理作为代理，而配售代理同意，以尽力基准按配售价(即每股配售股份26.16港元)促使买方购买配售股份(即 2981.6万股H股);及卖方同意按认购价(与配售价相同)认购，而本公司同意按认购价向卖方配发及发行认购股份(即2981.6万股H股，与配售股份数目相同)。
配售股份相当于本公告日期现有已发行H股约2.55%及现有已发行股份约 2.20%，以及经配发及发行认购股份扩大后现有已发行H股约2.48%及现有已发行股份约2.16%(假设除发行认购股份外，自本公告日期起至认购事项完成止本公司已发行股份数目将无变动)。
