格隆汇4月17日丨京玖康疗(00648.HK)公告，公司建议按每二十(20)股现有股份合并为一(1)股合并股份的基准进行股份合并。股份合并须待(其中包括)股东于股东特别大会上批准后方可作实。于本公告日期，公司已发行2,142,338,669股现有股份。倘股份合并生效，并假设自本公告日期至股份合并生效日期期间并无发行、回购并注销任何现有股份，则已发行合并股份将不少于107,116,933股。 于本公告日期，现有股份于联交所之每手买卖单位为每手5,000股现有股份。董事会建议于股份合并生效后，将于联交所买卖之每手买卖单位由5,000股现有股份更改为1,000股合并股份。
