西门子周五表示，计划在2027年2月召开的下一届股东大会上，就直接分拆西门子医疗股票事宜进行股东投票。

　　该公司称，此前分拆工作及监管审批流程均已取得重大进展，其中监管相关事项的最终确认仍未完成。

　　该集团补充称，西门子股东将直接获得西门子医疗股份公司的股票。
