智通财经APP讯，金威医疗(08143)发布公告，公司建议实行股本重组，当中涉及股份合并、股本削减及股份拆细。股份合并将涉及将每5股每股面值0.05港元的已发行及尚未发行现有股份合并为1股每股面值0.25港元的合并股份;及将每5股每股面值0.05港元的已发行及尚未发行现有优先股合并为1股每股面值0.25港元的合并优先股。
紧随股份合并生效后，股本削减将涉及透过注销公司当时每股已发行合并股份的已缴足股本0.24港元，将每股已发行合并股份的面值由0.25港元减至0.01港元;及透过注销公司当时每股已发行合并优先股的已缴足股本0.24港元，将每股已发行合并优先股的面值由0.25港元减至0.01港元。
紧随股份合并及股本削减生效后，法定但未发行合并股份;及法定但未发行合并优先股将分拆为25股每股面值0.01港元的新股份。
