近日，中国工商银行通过境外子公司工银亚洲与上海分行协同联动，为某半导体上市公司办理了募集资金兑换，以人民币的形式将资金划回境内人民币账户。这也是中国人民银行、国家外汇管理局联合发布的《关于境内企业境外上市资金管理有关问题的通知》于4月1日正式实施后，落地的首单港股上市人民币汇回业务，进一步便利境内企业在境外金融市场高效融资。
据了解，相关政策将企业境外上市相关登记权限下放至银行，从而缩短了企业境外上市业务链条，办理效率得以提升。工商银行通过境内外机构紧密联动，在此次业务办理中，将企业从提交申请到完成登记的过程缩短至1天，协助企业实现港股募集资金兑换后以人民币形式即日汇回境内，为境内企业对接国际资本市场提供了高效便捷的跨境资金管理方案。
