智通财经APP讯，盛业(06069)发布公告，王莹女士因计划投入更多时间处理个人及家庭事务，已辞任公司执行董事，自2026年4月17日起生效。
王女士辞任前同时担任公司首席财务官及董事会辖下可持续发展委员会主席及成员。于生效日期起，王女士将不再担任公司执行董事及可持续发展委员会主席及成员，惟将暂时继续履行首席财务官的职责，以确保有关财务管理职能的平稳过渡。公司正积极物色合适人选以接任首席财务官一职，并将于有关委任落实后根据上市规则的要求适时另行刊发公告。
自生效日期起，公司董事会主席及执行董事Tung Chi Fung先生(Tung先生)已获委任为可持续发展委员会主席及成员。
