中国质量新闻网讯 近日，新疆昌吉州检验检测中心质检所组织专业技术人员，开展建筑用金属面绝热夹芯板风险监测检验工作，以精准检验筑牢建筑材料质量安全防线，以实际行动践行质检所党支部“党建凝质、检证初心”的品牌理念。
此类夹芯板广泛应用于工业厂房、民用建筑等领域，其质量直接关系建筑工程安全。本次监测检验坚持“助监管、重实效”原则，严格遵循GB/T 23932-2009《建筑用金属面绝热夹芯板》国家标准，聚焦核心质量指标，重点对外观质量、尺寸允许偏差、剥离性能等关键项目开展现场检验。同时，检验人员围绕生产工艺控制、设备规范操作、出厂质量检验等生产环节开展技术交流。截至目前，已完成昌吉州范围内6家生产企业的6个批次的监测检验工作。
下一步，该所将持续做好建筑材料风险监测及监督抽查工作，扩大覆盖面、提升精准度。同时开展质量宣传和技术帮扶，提升企业与群众质量意识，筑牢建筑材料质量安全防线，为昌吉州建筑行业发展提供技术支撑。（马蕊 陈南希）
