业绩层面，有赞2025年交出了一份亮眼答卷。据公司年度业绩公告显示，2025年全年实现收益约14.87亿元人民币，同比增长3.1%，毛利率达66.2%。公司实现扭亏为盈，年度盈利约1.6亿元，股东应占溢利达1.63亿元。全年商品交易总额达1030亿元。2025年经营现金净流入约2.5亿元，现金余额充裕。
在AI领域，有赞已展现出强劲的增长潜力。2025年，其AI产品已为商家创造显著价值：智能营销完成交易额1.2亿元，AI客服帮助商家在降低80%客服成本的同时带来超1600万元销售额。公司以“加我智能”为底座的AI产品每日执行百万次任务。2026年，有赞计划加速AI应用落地。目前，有赞已推出“加我智能”和“加我推荐官”等AI相关能力，并推动商业模式从“软件订阅”向“订阅+用量+效果”多元化收入升级，实现AI能力商业化。
