　　五一视界（06651）盘中涨超11%，本周股价累计涨幅已逾60%。截至发稿，股价上涨5.20%，现报59.70港元，成交额4.44亿港元。

　　五一视界创始人通过员工持股计划（ESOP）增持765万股公司股份，约占总股本的1.8%。根据公司招股书披露的激励机制设计，在2030年实现千亿市值目标前，创始人年度薪酬被严格限定在51万港元以内；同时，约10%的股权激励将在公司市值达到1000亿港元时方可解锁，体现了“业绩对赌”式的长期绑定机制。

　　值得注意的是，近日，五一视界发布全球首款“物理直觉”世界模型51World Model，并同时发布专为具身智能打造的Agent底座系统——51Claw，将51World Model与OpenClaw融合，帮助AI进入物理世界。国泰海通证券表示，看好公司在数字孪生与“AI+3D” 融合趋势下的长期成长空间，预计其有望受益于智能驾驶仿真、具身智能及数字基础设施需求的持续释放。
