　　4月16日晚，中播数据公布，4月16日，公司与SolsticeX Holdings Limited 订立了一份谅解备忘录，内容有关在航天和卫星领域开展战略合作。SolsticeX 专注于多媒体广播、卫星和无线传输服务，活跃于东盟市场，从事与航天技术、卫星制造、地面段运营及数据分析相关的活动。

　　董事会认为订立谅解备忘录符合公司及其股东的整体利益。双方拟探讨及开发与卫星和空间领域相关的商业合作、市场机会开发及融资安排。自谅解备忘录生效之日起90日内，双方同意委派专业人员就合作进行专属磋商。
