智通财经APP获悉，国际能源署(IEA)署长法提赫·比罗尔表示，要恢复因伊朗战争而中断的大部分石油和天然气产能，可能需要长达两年的时间。
比罗尔指出，由于冲突造成的破坏已波及波斯湾地区的油田、炼油厂和管道，产能恢复将是一个渐进的过程。
此外，由于至关重要的能源运输航道——霍尔木兹海峡几近关闭，市场已损失了数亿桶原油和成品油。
比罗尔表示：“人们普遍认为，一旦看到海峡开放，产能就会立即恢复到之前的水平——但在我看来，这种想法具有误导性。”
液化天然气(LNG)供应的恢复速度可能会更加滞后，部分接收站在袭击中受损后，可能需要超过两年的时间才能恢复正常。
比罗尔还提到，如果冲突持续下去，受打击最大的将是能源进口型新兴经济体，尤其是亚洲和非洲的国家。
他补充道，需求萎缩的早期迹象已经显现——包括实行能源配给、经济活动减少以及通胀压力上升。
